1. Membership Purchases

Infinity Bang memberships are billed as digital subscription products. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or did not receive the membership access you paid for, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed for subscription purchases once access has been granted.
If a duplicate, fraudulent, or accidental charge is confirmed, we may approve a refund or cancellation.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your membership renewal at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or approved after review.

3. Digital Feature Access

Access to digital membership benefits such as gated website features, digital downloads, and other subscription-based content is generally considered delivered once the account has been activated successfully. Because of this, refunds for delivered digital access are usually limited.

The subscription or product purchased
A brief explanation of the issue

5. Payment Processor

Membership payments are processed securely by FastSpring. Approved refunds for FastSpring orders are handled through the payment method used for the original purchase and may take additional processing time depending on the payment provider or bank.
