6. Purchases & Payments
- Membership purchases are processed securely through FastSpring. Some other checkout flows may be processed through Stripe.
- Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases.
7. Social Features
- Our platform includes messaging, friend connections, and community features.
- You agree to interact with others respectfully and in good faith.
- We are not responsible for the content of user-to-user communications.
- Location features are approximate and based on IP address; you can choose not to share your location.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Infinity Bang branding, logos, designs, characters, 3D models, and original content are our intellectual property.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party providers including:
- Google Firebase (authentication)
- FastSpring (membership payments)
- Stripe (some payment flows)
- OpenStreetMap (mapping)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
